We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.
Please note - If you're waiting on a refund or exchange we're currently experiencing small delays. We apologise for the inconvenience, but your return may take longer than the usual 7-10 working days.
If you have returned your order after the Christmas period then please allow up to 15 working days from the date your return was delivered back to our warehouse.
If you have returned your order over 15 working days ago then please provide us with your order number and returns tracking information and we can investigate this further.
