If you used our Royal Mail return label, we suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.
If not using our return label, we highly recommend you return your item via a tracked service for your own security.
All our returns are processed within 7-10 working days of the date of delivery to us (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Please allow this time frame (especially during sales) to receive an email from us. This will confirm that your return request has been received and processed.
Please note all exchanges are subject to stock, if the item is sold out at the point of processing you will be refunded.
Please note that we are not liable for any return parcels not returned via our Royal Mail return label should they not arrive at our warehouse. If there is a problem with a return parcel you have sent back via an alternative return method, you will need to pursue your own claim with the chosen courier.
