Returning an item to Pretty Green is easy using our Global E Returns Portal.
This is the cheapest and quickest way for our international customers to return.

**The return charge will be deducted from your total refund amount and varies depending on the country you are returning from.
All details such as return fee, courier, etc will be highlighted to you when created your return via the portal.
Please keep hold of any proof of posting/receipt when you download your returns label. Pretty Green is not responsible for your return. Without visibility via proof of posting/tracking of the return, we won't be able to process your return if this does not arrive back at our warehouse.**
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
• All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.
• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with proof of posting trackable or insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
• If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges and fill in any documents for return shipping correctly with the courier/postal service you choose.
Pretty Green is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exchange for orders outside the UK. Instead, please return your items for a refund and place a new order.
