International Customers via Global-e
Global-e cross dock facilities:
All Global-e hubs are fully operational and processing shipments as normal. Global-e will continue to do so as long as regulations and the local authorities allow. However, in case of a hub closure, we will be notified immediately and provide an alternative option to ship.
Carriers and shipping services:
Due to recent border closures, lockdowns in some countries and a drastic reduction in international travel, there has been a huge drop in international flights which may cause shipping delays to some markets. However, our multiple carrier approach which includes many shipping carriers that operate their own fleet such as DHL, means that these delays will be minimized and hopefully will have no impact.
We will keep this section updated with the latest developments.
