Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please include your return form paperwork in the return parcel with your return request (refund/exchange) clearly marked.

If you wish to organise your own return, please register your return through our return portal. Please include the return paperwork in your parcel.
Please be advised that if you have organised your own return postage Pretty Green are not responsible for your return until it is confirmed as delivered at our warehouse.
If your items are damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team before organising a return.
Any returns received in unsaleable condition or outside the 30 day return timeframe will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in store and we also cannot accept returns for items purchased in store via our online return portal. To return an in store purchase, please take the return to the location it was originally purchased.
