Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery
Delivery is Monday to Friday and is fully trackable - we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left the warehouse.
A signature may be required on receipt.
You may be presented with additional delivery features - check your tracking to see what options are available to you.
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
DPD UK Express Delivery
DPD will email and text a 1 hour delivery time frame the day of delivery. Should you be unavailable to sign for the parcel you can select from a number of options including, collection from depot, leave in a safe place, deliver with a neighbour and in a safe place.
Please note, DPD may attempt delivery with a neighbour if you have not responded to your text or email. If they attempt delivery and you are not available they will leave a calling card detailing how to collect your parcel from the depot, if it has been left with a neighbour/safeplace or how to re-arrange delivery.
They will usually re-attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning your parcel to us.
