We aim to process returns within 7-10 working days of receiving the parcel to our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed, provided we have the exchange items in stock, you will receive the exchange item(s) within the same time frame as your original order i.e. if you paid for standard shipping, it'll be delivered in the standard delivery timeframe, if you paid for express it'll be 1-2 working days, etc.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock at the time of processing, and returning your item with an exchange request does not guarantee that we will be able to honour the request.
We cannot, under any circumstances, hold stock for exchanges or exchange your returned item for an alternative product. If the product is not available at the time of processing, you will be refunded instead.
