If you believe that there is a discrepancy between what you paid and what you've been refunded, please note the below.
- If you chose the Royal Mail return label option on the return portal, you will be charged a £5 fee which is deducted from the refund amount issued.
- If you used a promo code, the refund amount will reflect this discount. Please double check if you used a promo code for a discount, and the amount you were actually charged on the original order before getting in touch with customer care. This is the most common reason for perceived discrepancies.
